1.) What are your main items?
We are a major exporter of Singing bowls. Apart from that we also sell hemp products, prayer flags, resin items, felt, cotton woolen products and other dharma items such as Dorje or Bajra, bell, Tingsya etc.
2.) Can I request samples?
Yes, you can request samples. Samples will be provided to you for free. However, the buyer will have to cover the shipping charges of the items on you own. Shipping charges may vary according to different geographical regions.
3.) Do the prices shown include sales tax?
Yes shown prices are inclusive of sales price. No extra charges apart from the shown amount will be charged to you. However we will not be responsible for the custom clearance charges, you will have to bear in your country. You will have to cover it on your own.
4.) What is the maximum availability for wholesale?
We can meet any maximum order in a given time. For specifics, please contact us for a detailed discussion.
5.) What is your minimum purchase requirement for wholesale?
We have varied minimum purchase requirement. Please refer to the table below.

6.) How long will it take for my order to arrive after making the payment?
Retail orders are dispatched within 1 day. Wholesale orders will be dispatched according to the orders specifics.
7.) What is the shipping way?
For samples and small quantity we use express like FedEx DHL, Aramex, UPS, airmail, UPS, local services, EMS etc. For large quantities we use sea cargo.

9.) How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
10.) What happens when there is a delivery mishap to my order? (damaged or lost delivery)
After our customers service is informed about the mishap, we will investigate and work to refund or replace the item.
11.) How do I return or exchange an item?
To return a product, contact our customers service as soon as we get your notification regarding any return we will instantly refund you. You can mail it back to us after you receive your refund. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs while returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchange, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary.
12.) What should I do if my items has a defect?
In cases of defect, inform our customers service. You will either get a refund, or your product will be exchanged and replaced.
13.) What if I do not like the item on arrival?
We have a flexible return/refund/exchange policy. We will exchange replace or refund any item you are not satisfied with. For details, check our refund/exchange and return policy.
14.) How do I cancel or edit a placed order?
For retail orders you can edit or cancel pending orders that haven't been processed yet. We do not have any provisions to edit or cancel orders for wholesale orders.
15.) How to shop online?
Find the product that you are looking for. Select a product and add it to your cart. Press 'Continue shopping' or 'proceed to checkout'. Fill in the checkout, account registration and shipping details. Continue to payment method section. Finalize your payment and your order is complete.

16.) Do you accept Paypal?
Yes we do accept Paypal.
17.) I forgot my password, how can I access my account again?
If you forgot your password, click "Forgot password" and we will send you an automated email with information on how to reset your password. A forgotten username can be retrieved directly via email.
18.) What is guest checkout?
Guest Checkout allows customers to make purchases or shop online without having to create an account. To use Guest Checkout, simply add your selected items to the shopping bag and click checkout. You will still need to enter your shipping address and payment details to complete the purchase.
19.) Is it best to get a singing bowl that corresponds to each chakra for chakra healing?
Yes! There are many chakras in the human body. An imbalance in the chakras is expressed through our body resulting in illness. Each chakra has a different and unique musical note and is associated with specific organs. So it would definitely be better to get particular bowls for specific chakras.
20.) How do I select a bowl that's right for me?
-Decide what you’re going to use your bowl for. -Determine the amount you’re willing to spend on it. -Each bowl is different in terms of design, weight and sound. Select a bowl according to these preferences.
21.) How do I clean my singing bowls?
Your singing bowl needs to be cleaned timely, to maintain its sonic sparkle and soothing tunes. To remove the caked dust and marks, use white vinegar or lemon juice mixed with warm water and clean with a soft cloth. You can also use a mild, scratch-free brass polish if available. Ensure that your bowl is fully dried after cleaning.
